Schatten Design : Autoharp, Celtic & Pedal Harp & Upright Bass Pickups  Product Code  Description SDAD01 Schatten Autoharp Pickup The AD-01 is a powerful, low profile pickup that was specifically designed for the autoharp. The pickup sensor attaches quickly and easily using the supplied double sided tape and the output jack mounts from a supplied hanging clip. The pickup is non-invasive and may be mounted to an instrument without damage to the instrument. The AD-01 is a low profile pickup and is only 1/4" high. It can be mounted on the soundboard of the instrument right under the strings if there is enough clearance. Or it may be mounted on the underside of the top or on the inside back or outside back of the instrument depending upon access and sound quality. The pickup comes complete and ready to use. It is prewired to a 1/4" output jack that is easily mounted to the string anchor block with the supplied clip and small screw. SDCH3A Schatten Celtic Harp PU w/preamp Introduced in April 2006, our CH-3 Artist pickup system is designed to work flawlessly on both Celtic harps and Pedal harps. Complete with its' own integrated preamp, this pickup delivers full, rich sound quality and ease of installation in one neat package. CH-3 Artist Harp Pickup System This pickup system is completely non-invasive as there are no holes to drill and no modification is required to the instrument to install this pickup. The piezo sensing unit is a further development of our HFN series of pickups and combines our Artist preamp with a revolutionary piezo design in soundboard mounted transducers. Simply put, what you get out of this pickup system is the exact sound of your harp......it allows your harp to sound just like you know it sounds: fully acoustic, tonaly open, and warm. SDUB03 Schatten Upright Bass-03 PU The UB-03 is a proven performer. It is an impressive blend of ease of installation and unparalleled sound quality. The UB-03 Std., which is about the size of an American silver dollar, attaches right to the face of the bridge with a strong double sided sticky tape that we supply. The pickup now comes complete and prewired to a rosewood output jack assembly with a 1/4" output jack. The jack assembly simply clamps through the strings just above the tailpiece. Installation of the pickup and jack assembly takes about 2 minutes. The system may be left in place or may be removed and reinstalled anytime you need it. The pickup has excellent volume and sounds equally good whether bowed or plucked. This pickup has been designed to operate properly and sound terrific without the use of a preamp when plugged into any 'normal' bass amp. If you require the added ability to be able to plug directly into a P.A. or mixer then you may wish to add one of our Preamp/DI units to your pickup system. The unique design of the pickup and it's placement insures that it remains feed back free while being able to generate impressively high output and clean clear sound. It does not alter the acoustic sound of the bass. SDB10P Schatten Upright Bass Passive PU With the passive version, a rosewood bodied jack assembly is provided that simply clamps between the strings (just above the tailpiece). We provide the pickup in passive format for those players that already have a quality outboard preamp and wish to continue to use it. SDRB1PL Schatten Design Upright Bass Pickup (Passive) Provides Schatten's RB bass bridge sensor wired to a small black jack assembly that easily clips between the strings just above the tailpiece. An optional bracket is available for mounting the output jack of RB-1 and RB-2 passive pickups to the back side of a bass tailpiece. SDRB2 Schatten Design Rock-A-Billy Upright Bass Pick up with 2 Volume controls (passive) Provides Scahtten's RB bridge sensor, black jack assembly and adds a second sensor to the underside of the fingerboard for that Rock-A-Billy string slap. Included with the RB-2 is a pair of integrated thumbwheel volume controls that mount to the underside of the fingerboard that allow for convenient pickup balance and volume adjustment. An optional bracket is available for mounting the output jack of RB-1 and RB-2 passive pickups to the back side of a bass tailpiece. SDRB1A Schatten Design Upright Bass Pickup with Preamp Utilizes the RB sensor and adds a velcro mounted combination preamp and jack assembly that attaches to the back side of the tailpiece. SDRB2A Schatten Design Rock-A-Billy Upright Bass Pickup with 2 x Volume Controls & Pickup Gives you everything the RB-2 provides and adds the preamp/jack assembly that attaches to the rear of the tailpiece.
